Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

Flexible policy:

• Reservations made with the flexible rate can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before date of arrival. Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival results in full cancellation charge.

Early Bird & Non Refundable policy 

• Reservations made with the Early Bird or Non Refundable rates requires a pre-payment and may not be cancelled free of charge.

City tax

• The price shown is excluding city tax. The city tax percentage may change every year depending on the government of Amsterdam.
  The city tax for 2025 is 12.5%
  

VAT

• The price shown is including 9% VAT. The VAT percentage may change in 2026 depending on the government of The Netherlands. You may have to pay the difference upon arrival at the hotel if the VAT is increased in The Netherlands 2026.

The credit card can only be used if it the owner of the credit card is staying in the hotel. The credit card has to be present upon arrival.
